Is the item damaged on receipt? That is of course not the intention and we find that very annoying! Report the damage within 7 days by sending an e-mail to [email protected] stating ORDNumber and images of the damaged item.

First of all we are sorry to hear that your beautiful products are broken or damaged.

From Orangehaus we can only ensure that the products leave our warehouse in good condition.

Sometimes it happens that goods are damaged during handling and transport, we at Orangehaus have no control over this because it is outsourced to an external party.

Nevertheless, you have purchased the products in good faith and at the Orangehaus webshop and we do our best to replace the goods. To resolve quickly and neatly in the case of damaged goods, we need the following mandatory information:

Take photos of:

- THE OUTER PACKAGE WHOLE WITH VISIBILITY FOR THE ADDRESS AND BARCODE

- A DETAILED PHOTO OF THE ADDRESS AND BARCODE

- A DETAILED PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE TO THE OUTER PACKAGING

- ONE OR MORE PHOTOS THAT CLEARLY DISPLAY THE HOME PACKAGE

- ONE OR MORE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED POINT AS A WHOLE

- ONE OR MORE DETAILED RECORDING OF THE DAMAGE TO THE POINT
