Shipping and Returns
We always try to process your order as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is mentioned with the article. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace code. This way you can follow the shipment of your order online. If your order contains items that are in stock and items that are not in stock, we can split the order into two packages. There will be no extra shipping costs if the order exceeds €250 and the parcel is shipped within the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.

We only ship to all EU countries, for other countries and possibilities please contact us.

With furniture transport we deliver to the front door of the building. After placing your order, you will be put in contact with our furniture transport company and you can make an appointment with them for delivery.
It is also possible to purchase extra services from them, such as bringing up and/or unpacking your package, taking away waste, or even mounting the product!
Photograph the furniture at the time of delivery and do not sign until the goods have been received. By signing, you agree to have received the furniture in good condition. In case of discrepancies, do not sign and contact us within 24 hours after delivery by phone +31 850 239 880.
RETURN at your own expense
Not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it? No problem at all. You have 14 days to return the item to us in its original packaging. Please do this carefully and adequately so that the item is returned to us undamaged. We handle our goods with care, hopefully you do too. Download here, fill it out and add it to the box. Then send your package back to us at your own expense:

You will receive an e-mail from us when the return package has arrived. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same method of payment.
Excluded from returns are large pieces of furniture, wallpaper and wall panels (these are often specially made to order).
Do you want to exchange something? Please use the return form as well and indicate clearly what your wishes are.
Is the article damaged? Of course it is not, and we find that very annoying! Please send us an e-mail with the report and pictures of the damaged article.
