Shipping and Returns
We always try to proceed your order as quickly as possible. The expected date of delivery is noted in the article desciption. Once your order has been send out, you will recieve an email with a track and trace code. Trough this code, you can follow your order online. If you purchase an order with stock and non-stock items, we will split your order and send out two or more packages. You will not pay any additional shipping costs.

We only deliver furniture towards The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria.
The actually shipping costs of a product is visible when you choose the destination country in your shopping cart.

When it comes towards furniture transport, we deliver towards the front door of the building. After purchasing your order; you will be contacted by our furniture parcel service to make an delivery appointment. It is also possible to purchase additional services (extra charge) like upstairs delivery, unpacking, taking waste of even assembly of the product.
RETURNINGS ON YOUR OWN COSTS
Are you not satisfied with your purchase and would you like to return? No problem. You have 14 days to return the item containing the original packaging. Do this neatly and appropriately so that the article comes back to us undamaged.
We are careful with our stuff, hopefully you too. Download our return form fill it in and add it inside the box. Send your package back to:
You will receive an e-mail from us when the return package has arrived at our office. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to your account. Do you want trade something? Also use the return form and let us know what your wishes are.
Is the article damaged? That is of course not intended and we find that very annoying! Please send us an email notifying this and send some footage of the damaged item. We will solve this for you as quick as possible.
